You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACTING OFFICERS REP in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.
Duties
You will serve as the Division Head over the Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR) for service contracts.
You will be responsible for leadership and management of day-to-day operations of the division
You will plan work, set and adjust priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
You will review employees on both technical and administrative matters.
You will develop and manage divisional budget.
You will analyze monthly financial reports and ensure appropriate funding levels are maintained and be responsible for expenditures.
You will develop divisional goals consistent and in support of command strategic planning and policy.
You will participate in executive level meetings and identify goals and milestones for the division.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating contractor performance to support cost, schedule and performance parameters in order to improve acquisition and procurement services.
