You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the MISSION AND ENGINEERING ANALYSIS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will ensure that NAWCWD Command has an awareness of all NAWCWD SAP activities.
You will ensure that appropriate security and IT infrastructure are established to support new/old efforts.
You will act as a liaison to SAP stakeholders, both internal and external to NAWCWD.
You will act as a liaison with NAWCWDs Senior Intelligence Office (SIO).
You will serve as the Deputy SAP Facility Manager.
You will coordinate resources to ensure adherence to National Security and Command requirements.
You will participate in appointing in the NAWCWD Command SAP Chief information Security Officer (CISO).
You will manage the NAWCWD Leadership portfolio.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-05) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Providing overall direction, coordination, and management of all facets and functions of a major technical program or several closely related programs; 2) Ensuring that appropriate security and IT infrastructure are established to support current and future efforts; 3) Coordinating resources to ensure adherence to National Security and Command requirements; and 4) Preparing all planning documents associated with program organization, product development, material acquisition, program budgets, schedule, reports, and documentation; and 5) Implementing national, headquarter, and local policies as they apply to a program.
