You will serve as a V-22 FST Supervisory Program Analyst in the Program Management Personnel and Support Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Duties

You will collect, compile, or organize data for review by others. You will develop executive level papers to inform leaders of the status of advanced education programs and program changes. You will identify actual or potential problem areas to evaluate the effect of alternative or corrective actions on program objectives. You will apply law, policies, regulations, principles, standards and procedures to management and program analysis activities (e.g., developing studies, metrics, methods, advising others). You will develop and maintain process improvement initiatives to improve an organization's ability to meet its mission. You will coordinate and negotiate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to arrive at a consensus plan for transitioning new surface warfighting capabilities.

• This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). You must be certified as a Career Field L-Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) Level 1-Foundational. Certification is required within 24 months of appointment.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
• You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as: 1. Provide program management expertise and evaluative desired requirements to plan and monitor execution of a project or program. 2. Collaborate with team and program personnel to formulate short- term and long- range program plans. 3. Devise the appropriate methods for securing the required information and for developing the data. 4. Compose narrative and outline material correlated with pertinent charts to track past, present and projected conditions. 5. Translate project or program objectives into necessary contracts, contractor support, procurements, and field activity tasking required to implement the program.
