This Supervisory Management Analyst position is in the Enterprise Program Integration Office (EPIO), which drives enterprise business technical integration, transformation efforts, and business processes solutions. EPIO is responsible for integration of policy, resources and systems and oversight of the Department of Veterans Affairs priority strategic initiatives to support positive outcomes for Veterans, transitioning Service members, their families, caregivers, and survivors.

The Selective Placement Factor for this position is: Certification in Project Management (i.e., Level 3 FAC-P/PM or PMP), or program performance/process improvement/ process engineering (i.e., Six Sigma CSSBB, LSS), or Change Management (i.e., Prosci).-AND-
Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-14 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience is defined as leading project management teams and project plans of actions, milestones, and activities for priority strategic initiatives implementation; provides guidance to high-performing multi-disciplinary team of Management Analysts; utilize extensive experience process improvement and program management to develop, drive, and execute implementation plans.

IMPORTANT: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates. Physical Requirements: The work is primarily sedentary. There are no special physical demands for this position.
