Duties

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will use your knowledge of and experience with the Immediate Office of the Secretary to optimize business results and customer experience by: Providing leadership, subject matter expertise and advise on operational planning and management systems, and recommending program priorities and allocations of resources, including the identification of new initiatives. Making recommendations to senior leaders on complex business operations matters, including mattes on contracting, procurement, travel, or budget. Presenting reports, recommendations, and interpretations of rules and laws applicable to business operations and providing clear feedback and instruction to staff, to leaders, and to external stakeholders.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service performing at least 3 of the 4 following statements: 1) Experience serving as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or in related positions equivalent to work at COR level II; 2) Managing budget planning, execution, and monitoring, to include acquisition processes; 3) Experience leading, planning, organizing, and directing the work of a project team; 4) Experience reviewing and approving travel.
