Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: In addition to meeting the basic requirement, applicants must also meet the minimum qualification requirement.
SK-13: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the SK/GS-12 level: 1) implementing secure VoIP/Collaboration (SCCP, SIPS) technologies, extend transport-layer security, security vulnerabilities and remediation; 2) experience implementing external-facing technologies (e.g., Python scripting, BGPH.323, Secure Streaming, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web relate protocols; and 3) experience performing analysis of cloud VoIP log data and other related sources to identify anomalous activity and troubleshoot performance issues.
