You will serve as a EXECUTIVE STAFF ACTION OFFICER in the EXECUTIVE STAFF of COMMODORE SPECIAL WARFARE GRP ONE.
Duties
You will act as the focal point for all actions involving the Chief Staff Officer (CSO)/Deputy Chief Staff Officer (DCSO) and handle a wide range of sensitive/confidential special assignments of great personal interest and concern to the Commodore.
You will determine and recommend required staffing to accomplish workload; approve basic budgetary data for internal operations and develop internal methods, procedures, and controls.
You will coordinate with the visiting organization, schedule transportation arrangement, accommodations and other items necessary for completing trip itinerary.
You will provide oversight and administrative control over an array of protocol activities to include
dissemination of events and executive scheduling.
You will act as the primary analyst and coordinator of Officer talent management.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is subject to random Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph examinations upon assignment to position.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing senior level analytical duties with in-depth research and emphasis on process/strategy to support executive decision-making AND conducting special analytical reviews on a wide variety of unrelated administrative management problems and issues.
