About the Position: The installation rests in the beautiful 'hill and lake' country of Central Texas between Killeen and Copperas Cove and is approximately 60 miles north of the capital city of Austin, 50 miles south of Waco, 160 miles south of Dallas, and 150 miles north of San Antonio. The nearby lakes, Belton and Stillhouse, offer year round outdoor recreation activities.

Duties

Plan, coordinate and execute official ceremonies and events. Schedule luncheons and/or dinners to include place cards and seating arrangements. Prepare briefings for Directorate personnel, visitors, or higher levels of management. Prepare training flowcharts, models, graphs and annual statistics using automated systems. Commence disaster operations immediately during a potential or actual disaster situation, provide rapid coordination among operational staff elements and/or other emergency agencies.
