Duties
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will use your knowledge of and experience with the Office of the Chief Information Officer to optimize business results and customer experience by:
Supporting an enterprise department level IT program collaborating substantially and consistently with an integrated project team to meet departmental and federally mandated milestones.
Reviewing and evaluating managerial policies and procedures to identify gaps where additional guidance is needed and analyzes the impact of new or proposed changes on operations.
Advising program officials on policies and procedures, including actions to be taken to accomplish work in accordance with established requirements.

Collaborating across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-13 level in the Federal service that includes three (3) of the following:
Establishing and implementing IT project management plan (e.g. timeline/schedules, costs, scope, risk, etc.) to lead or manage projects;
Leading or collaborating with agency staff or contractors in completion of deliverables, such as modernization and improvements to IT, business processes, and customer service;
Identifying, mitigating, and/or tracking IT programs/projects risks;
Developing IT business cases (e.g. market research, analysis of alternatives, cost estimates, business needs, requirements, etc.);
Recommending solutions or corrective action to management problems related to IT program/projects performance.
