You will serve as a SHELTERING SUPPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Sheltering Division, Sheltering Support Office of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.
Duties
You will coordinate family housing/unaccompanied housing (FH/UH) studies to evaluate quality of life programs for military personnel and their families.
You will monitor public-private venture (PPV) occupancy and help market Family Housing units to ensure occupancy goals are met.
You will respond to data calls from Regional Housing for the Family Housing Public Private Venture (PPV) and Unaccompanied Housing Privatization (UHP).
You will participate in meetings (e.g., housing committees, tenant action groups, conferences or similar housing groups) to provide feedback and input as the representative for the housing management staff.
You will track the operations and utilization of family housing assets to ensure construction, renovation, and recapitalizing of housing assets and facilities are scheduled.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Use knowledge of Public Private Venture (PPV) to assist military families and management with implementation policies and procedures; 2) Liaison with PPP partners and the command to address the needs of military families; and 3) Ensure construction and repair/replacement of existing units are accomplished.
