You will serve as a Management Analyst for FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will provide quality customer service daily by providing a professional, patient, and positive attitude and office environment.
You will receive and screen incoming calls and visitors and/or take message and make appointments, as needed.
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining calendars, schedule meetings, conferences, and counseling sessions.
You will assist in providing facility and equipment support for meetings, conferences, and visits hosted by managers and their assigned personnel.
You will establish meeting priorities, de-conflict schedules and make proper arrangements for subordinate representation.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
FOR THE GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing administrative and analytical duties furnishing guidance and assistance to department heads in the development and maintenance of a variety of functions, programs, and manpower; 2) Serving as the point of contact for all applicable employees within their organizational area; 3) Leading a team of administrative professionals with in their department; 4) Assess programs and projects to determine their effectiveness and efficiency in meeting objectives; 5) Assisting in the facilitation and development of monitoring metrics and goals; 6) Recommendation and identifying process improvements in the operating and organizational effectiveness of the area assigned.
FOR THE GS-07:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing administrative and analytical duties furnishing guidance and assistance to department heads in the development and maintenance of a variety of functions, programs, and manpower; 2) Serving as the point of contact for all applicable employees within their organizational area; 3) Assess programs and projects to determine their effectiveness and efficiency in meeting objectives; 4) Assisting in the facilitation and development of monitoring metrics and goals; 5) Utilizing qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to monitor/facilitate execution of initiatives; 6) Conducting studies, technical surveys, and preparing reports.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
FOR THE GS-09:
- Master's or equivalent degree
OR
- 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
- LL.B. or J.D., if related
OR
- a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
FOR THE GS-07:
- one full year of graduate level education
OR
- bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement
OR
- a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
