You will serve as a Program Analysis in the Corporate Business & Analysis Group, Cost & Acquisition Analysis Dept, of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will work cooperatively, as part of a team, making independent judgements based on a broad understanding of the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) role and contracts supported.
You will work with the technical community and contractors in order to ensure requirements are met.
You will assist in acquisition package development, including acquisition strategy and market research document.
You will support all initial contract award and/or transition efforts. These include items such as, initial review of independent Government Cost Estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs), track task order awards, etc.
You will approve travel, OT, and purchase requests, and file and record in database/ tracking system.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the DA-01 (GS-04) pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Program Analyst. General experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Building relationships with internal and external groups or organizations to influence outcomes on the delivery of stakeholder interests; 2) Performing administrative functions in compliance with guidance and regulations; 3) Drafting and delivering formal documentation and corresponding materials; 4) Providing recommended solutions through critical thinking, decision making and network of resources.

Education
