As a Management Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting performance planning and analysis for major complex program areas involving multiple funding sources.
This is NOT a Virtual position. This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) in Washington DC.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $112,015.00 and the GS-14 salary range starts at $132,368.00 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
GS-13 level: To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience understanding the principles of performance measurements in order to develop and implement metrics that assess project and program success; evaluating organizational strategies and corresponding strategic objectives for feasibility, consistency, and impact; using qualitative information and quantitative data to conduct studies, analyze results and make recommendations on programs and initiatives; communicating technical information and key findings through oral briefings, written reports, and data visualizations.
GS-14 level: To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience developing and/or implementing an agency/bureau/company's strategic plan or annual performance plan; analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of administrative or technical programs and articulating their performance against strategic objectives; conducting complex studies, analyzing results and making recommendations on program effectiveness or performance; applying the principles of performance measurement to develop and implement metrics to measure success of initiatives and using quantitative and qualitative data to determine if success has been met; developing and communicating technical information to a broad range of audiences, with particular emphasis on writing and data visualization skills; working across organizations to resolve significant problems, reconcile differing viewpoints, develop policy guidelines, and determine best practices to improve organizational performance.
