As a Program Analyst (Supervision Support) with emphasis in Data Engineering, you will provide functional knowledge and expertise in the development, implementation and administration of supervisory information systems and programs including the ongoing development and maintenance of new and existing supervision systems to ensure project objectives are met.

Duties
As a Program Analyst (Supervision Support) with emphasis in Data Engineering, you will:
Develop and maintain data ETL pipelines utilizing one or more programming languages and statistical tools such as SQL, Python, Linux Script, Alteryx, R, or SAS and shepherd those offerings in on-prem and cloud storage.
Collaborate with others in development, design and maintenance of data management and processing solutions.
Participate in program management activities including agile and/or waterfall ceremonies in support of planning, integration, and implementation of data requirements.
Collaborate with business partners, database administrators and implementation teams to generate effective data structure, data architecture, data flows and data issue resolution in support of analysis, reporting and analytics of internal and external data, applications, and system stakeholders to ensure consistent and clear communication and strategy across business and data partners.
Consult with stakeholders to identify data needs, develop requirements, and determine methodological approach to provide technical solutions.
Conduct operational data support activities, access, and provisioning in support of data consumers across single and disparate financial, supervisory, and regulatory data products including data quality analysis for completeness and accuracy of data and information.
Execute and provide data management project support for the OCC Data Strategy and Enterprise Data Governance program and data initiatives regarding the collection, storage, and provisioning to data consumers.
Communicate orally and in writing to lead collaborative and effective data discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and advising management and project leads on program status, risks, and mitigation.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-IV band level or GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
Writing queries for retrieving or modifying data using SQL in a relational database management system (e.g., TSQL SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, & DELETE); AND
Utilizing one or more programming languages and statistical tools such as Python, Linux Script, Alteryx, R, or SAS; AND
Developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, procedures or methods to QA/QC large and complex data sets using a variety of techniques.
The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
