This position is located in Glacier National Park, in the Visitor and Resource Protection Division. This is a Career/Career-Conditional Full-time appointment. Duties

Personnel Managment - supervise up to 12 employees directly, ranging from WG-8 and WS-7 maintenance workers and leaders and animal packers, and up to 54 indirect seasonal employees ranging from WL-7 to WG-3 trail maintenance workers. Financial Management - maintain operational and special projct budgets including current year and future project budgets and programming. Program Management - responsible for the seasonal maintenance and planning and operation of all Park Trails including all supporting programs and resources. Maintenance Duties - perform duties in the field with subordinate staff and crews related to trail maintenance, operation, construction, and preventative maintenance. Safety and Risk Management.
