You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the NUCLEAR WEAPONS SURETY DIVISION (SP30), SECURITY BRANCH (SP33) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
Duties
You will establish SSP Program Protection (PP) roles and responsibilities, and official documentation of the program protection.
You will support development of workload based staffing and resource allocation standards and to determine organization manning levels and efforts of SSP Program Protection related activities and working groups.
You will request and maintain executable budget, contracts, and billet profiles that align current an future Program Protection efforts within SSP.
You will develop measures to determine compliance with PP requirements of SSP Branches with agency regulations, procedures, and management practices.
You will review and assess administrative program policies, regulations, goals, or objectives in regard to Program Protection, Program Protection Plans (PPPs), Classification Management, and Strategic Messaging.
You will develop procedures and systems for establishing, operating and assessing the effectiveness of systems such as PPPs and interfacing with SP331, SP332, and other branches to establish PP requirements.
You will function as alternate SSP Command Program Protection Manager with purview that encompasses SWS, AWS, NWS, CPS and all associated SSP Program Protection efforts.
You will Identify resources required to support program operations, optimization and integration of Program Protection and Classification Management efforts between the SSP Technical Branches, SP333, SP332, SP331, SP20123, SP20125, SPLe, and SPCIO.
You will use analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development efforts.
You will support integration efforts of Integrate Intelligence, Security, Systems Security Engineering (SSE), trusted networks to support development of additional program protection security measures.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating methods/techniques for assessing program development efforts of strategic weapons systems.
