This position is located in the Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Eastern Service Center (ESC) Business Intelligence Team. Serves as a senior program/project analyst on a cross-functional team responsible for conducting historical and predictive trend analysis, integrated products and work activities that directly impact the tactical and strategic objectives of the service area (SA) organizational units that often have impact on the objectives of the FAA as a whole.
Duties
Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) who specializes in the development of new and innovated approaches and methodologies, techniques and process improvement, e.g. business acumen and analytics applying experience and expert knowledge. Responsible for evaluating the relationships between major program changes and status of organizations through partnership with SA analysts and SMEs to create actionable products that provide predictive and prescriptive analytics to enable informed management decisions.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I, FG/GS-13 level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized experience is: Extensive skill in analyzing data and trends, identifying policy considerations and solutions, project management skills, coordinating or managing projects, teams and meetings.
