About the Position: Serves as Hand Receipt Manager (HRM) for a number of Primary Hand Receipt Holder (PHRH) serviced by William Beaumont Army Medical Center. This position is located with in the Facility Management Department at William Beaumont Medical Center.

Duties

Prepare proper documentation for lateral transfer of equipment worldwide. Ensure the completed support documentation files are up to date with all required receiving reports. Assign document numbers to supply/equipment request from supported customers. Procure non-medical supplies, medical and non-medical equipment under the commercial credit card purchase program. Assigns Equipment Control Numbers (ECN) to non-expendable correct hand receipt holder. Maintain property accounts and records completing individual transactions, providing customer assistance, screening reference files, conducting data searches, and distributing output files.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Incumbent must maintain a government purchase card.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: ClericalComputer SkillsConflict ManagementTechnical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
