You will serve as a Management Analyst in the NLSC.
Duties
You will develop and implement the AJAG 06?s department?s strategic plan and structure alignment.
You will coordinate programs of all AJAG 06 operational lines (Administrative, Financial, Manpower, Facilities, Strategic Planning, Information Technology, and Security).
You will formulate and recommend administrative policies, procedures, and regulations.
You will analyze issues received by Management to formulate appropriate activity responses and identify/provide solutions to financial, personnel, and materials needs and problems.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS 14: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Developing, implementing, and reviewing programs, policies, and procedures for a wide variety of business lines; 2) Working closely with executive personnel to discuss programs, policies, briefs, and ad hoc data calls for administrative and technical staffs; 3) Possessing extreme organizational and time management skills, combined with comprehensive knowledge of the OJAG/NLSC/OSTC organizations, missions, and functions; 4) Coordinating programs of all AJAG 06 operational lines (Administrative, Financial, Manpower, Facilities, Strategic Planning, Information Technology, and Security); 5) Providing technical and managerial direction, advice, and support on administrative processes to include management of operations, organizational structure development, resources, military programs, and official correspondence for the front office.
GS 13: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Developing, implementing, and reviewing programs, policies, and procedures for a wide variety of business lines; 2) Working closely with executive personnel to discuss programs, policies, briefs, and ad hoc data calls for administrative and technical staffs; 3) Possessing organizational and time management skills, combined with comprehensive knowledge of the OJAG/NLSC/OSTC organizations, missions, and functions; 4) Assisting in coordinating programs of all AJAG 06 operational lines (Administrative, Financial, Manpower, Facilities, Strategic Planning, Information Technology, and Security); 5) Providing advice, and support on administrative processes to include management of operations, organizational structure development, resources, military programs, and official correspondence for the front office.
