This position is located in the Project Management Division, IT Partner Engagement Directorate, Office of the Chief Information Officer.     

Duties

This permanent position is hybrid telework eligible.  It is not eligible for 100% distant/remote telework.

Qualifications

Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Knowledge of project/program management. ** Ability to conduct organizational assessments. ** Ability to lead and manage projects.  Ability to analyze organizational and operational problems and develop solutions. Ability to communicate in writing. Ability to summarize operational data using various software tools for reporting purposes. Ability to manage special projects and conduct management studies and reviews. Ability to interact collaboratively with others. Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
