The incumbent serves as a Supervisory Program Analyst and senior principal advisor to the Director, of the Office of Administrative and Management Services (OAMS). As a Supervisory, the incumbent coordinates multiple crosscutting administrative activities. OAMS is an Office under the Associate Administrator for Administration (AAA) who is responsible for providing management and administrative support and services to NHTSA's program offices.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience monitoring the status of funds of financial transactions for the organization; analyzing and reconciling budget and fiscal documents; developing budget submissions; generating a variety of written documents, reports, etc., to communicate detailed financial information; and explaining, recommending, or providing guidance on financial/budget regulatory or statutory requirements, policies, and procedure's.
Experience providing guidance and recommendations to subordinate staff and managers regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations and regulatory policy.
Experience initiating, planning, negotiating, and executing a variety of management studies or special programs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of Federal and DOT space standards and demonstrated experience in managing Agency’s facilities, space, and Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA).
Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with government Personal/Real Property management and inventory that includes performing data and trend analysis and advising.
Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with Budget Formulation and Execution that includes performing data and trend analysis and advising.
Knowledge and subject matter expert with experience in planning, initiating, coordinating, negotiating, and executing administrative programs (which includes advising decision-makers and key officials on information relating to administrative programs).
