This position is Bargaining Unit with the National Treasury Employees Union, Chapter 208.

Duties
The successful candidate will perform the full range of Senior Budget Analysis duties for the Office of Administration (ADM). Leads the planning, development, execution, and control of ADM's budget and the General Services Administration (GSA) building delegation budget. Interprets and applies budgetary policies and practices prescribed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), GSA, and NRC. Provides expert advice and guidane to Division management in all areas concerning the execution of the budget.

Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (13) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in planning, budget execution, and operating plan processes.
Knowledge of the capabilities, applications, and skill in the use of microcomputers, data management systems, and associated software.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in handling multiple assignments with competing priorities, often under considerable pressure to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated skill in communicating information, ideas and advice in a clear, concise and logical manner, both orally and in writing.
Specialized experience is defined as direct experience managing execution operations on behalf of an organization, demonstrated expertise using NRC budget execution applications (Commitment Planning Module/Spend Plan/ FAIMIS/STAQS), direct experience working directly with CORS and management to optimize the execution of available resources, and demonstrated experience presenting financial information to leadership for decision making purposes.
