Duties

You will plan, direct, and implement the installation's events (Transition Readiness Seminar, Family Member Employment Program, Relocation Services, etc.), providing a full range of benefits and services. You will have oversight responsibility for the quality and quantity of services provided by installation service providers. You will serve as the installation representative at meetings with federal, state and local representatives to discuss program status, problems, and marketing strategies through the coordination of service. You will plan, develop, approve, and execute transition and relocation budgets, which includes training, equipment, supplies and travel. Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: manage high complex projects/programs; analyze program's effectiveness; training and educating; analyze data. Education

Degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position.

or

Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.

or

Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
