Duties
You will be responsible for gathering information from respective stakeholders to respond to queries, reports, and requests for information.
You will ensure that personnel actions are requested and processed in a timely and effective manner in accordance with management directions.
You will monitor, coordinate, and track all on-going and projected actions as well as review and complete numerous administrative related reports
in support of civilian billet data management.
You will assist in the preparation and/or review of recruitment and staffing documents to include incentive packages, awards citations, and requests for personnel action (SF-52s).
Requirements

Qualifications
Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by:
*Experience applying a wide range of Human Resource Management concepts, laws, policies, practices, analytical and diagnostic methods and techniques sufficient to solve a wide range of complex, interrelated HRM problems and issues in order to manage the Human Resource Management program (e.g., classification, recruitment, and placement)
*Experience with federal pay setting laws and regulations sufficient to identify discrepancies that will ensure command compliance
*Experience preparing and presenting technical material and complex issues to both specialists and non-specialists and the ability to effectively express ideas orally and in writing
*Experience managing multiple projects
*Experience applying position management and classification principles, policies, and guidelines governing federal civilian workforce programs that include recruitment, benefits, entitlements, and work-life programs

Education
Applicants may substitute the following education for the required experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position:
Successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree;
OR
Successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree;
OR
Successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
