You will serve as a Financial Technician in the Aviation Program Support Division of STRIKE FIGHTER WING PACIFIC STAFF.
Duties
You will maintain accounting systems through policy and procedure.
You will examine documents for accuracy, adequacy of documentation in compliance with regulations.
You will establish, maintain, correct, and close pay accounts.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- This is a Financial Management Level I certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
Qualifications
GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: using automated financial systems to maintain accounting transactions, prepare travel authorizations, and compile financial reports for submission to management.
GS-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: maintaining records, examining documents for accuracy; and preparing and analyzing financial reports.
