Duties
Develops and implements workforce training and development activities and programs.
Communicate both orally and in writing to persuade, negotiate and consult managers and employees on a variety of training topics.
Leads teams and/or workgroups to complete workforce development projects and programs.
Assess and analyze educational and training needs of individuals and organizations.

Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Evaluating and developing training programs and/or learning activities to meet employee and workforce needs; Leading teams in completing workforce development projects; AND Communicating both orally and in writing with managers and employees regarding workforce training topics.
Education: Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade.
