The primary purpose of this position is to Provide functional expertise, analytical skills, and knowledge ofsupported customers' mission and operations to contribute to establishment and fulfillment of requirements foroperational logistics.
Organizational location of this position is: Logistics Directorate (J4), United States Cyber Command(USCYBERCOM), Fort Meade, MD
Duties
DUTY 1: Facilities Planning and Management - Leverages logistics expertise and knowledge of customers' mission and operations to support the operation,maintenance, repair, and renovation of facilities, utility systems, pavements, grounds, and fire detection systemsrequired to support, and sustain all USCYBERCOM operational and administrative areas.

- Employee must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counter intelligence scope polygraph exam
- PCS is not authorized
- This posn is subject to provisions of the DoD Priority Placement Program
- Must be registered for Selective Service, see Legal and Regulatory Guide
- This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing.
- Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft.
- The employee may be recalled to duty, may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to work overtime.

Qualifications
This is a GG-12 position in the Cyber Excepted Service (CES). The GG-12 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-12 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.
Specialized Experience: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include: Ability to analyze supported organizations' operational requirements, and to identify the need for and toperform and/or direct logistics management operations actions required to provide essential support atHeadquarters and operational locations worldwide. NOTE: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Ability to analyze supported organizations' operational requirements, and to identify the need for and toperform and/or direct logistics management operations actions required to provide essential support atHeadquarters and operational locations worldwide.2. Knowledge of and skill in interpreting and applying policy and process guidelines governing planning andmanagement of logistics support, secure DoD facilities, and facility maintenance.
3. Ability to analyze logistics and facilities management functions and programs, and to identify, develop, andimplement streamlined business programs.
4. Skill in the selection, extension and application of quantitative methods used to develop near-term to long-range(i.e., 3 to 10 years) studies and forecasts for logistics and space requirements; ability to document and justifysuch conclusions and recommendations.
5. Ability to contribute to definition and negotiation of facility operation and maintenance service agreements andsupport contracts, as an integral part of logistics support programs, and to collect and analyze metrics to assessand report on service providers' performance.
6. Ability to manage logistics and facility support programs to provide a high level of customer service.
7. Ability to apply communications skills to document and convey requirements, and to persuade others to actionon the supported organization's behalf.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
