You will serve as an Administrative Specialist in the HOPPER Information Services Center of HOPPER GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS CENTER. You will perform as the Information and Process Manager for all mission support tasks within Hopper ISC IT Operations department, advising on a variety of management services essential to the direction and efficient operation of the department and overall command mission.
Duties
You will exercise solid judgment to interpret and appropriately adapt multiple Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Navy (DoN), and internal Command policies and instructions to perform a myriad of day-to-day activities.
You will analyze the effectiveness of procedures and processes, and present recommendations to leadership on methods to improve them as necessary.
You will provide significant customer support for programs with a variety of functions to include: handling correspondence, records management, administrative standard operating procedures, travel (DTS), and time and attendance (SLDCADA).
You will serve as Records Manager and provide guidance and assistance to the department records management coordinators and make sound recommendations for improving the program.
You will manage INTELINK Intellipedia and IntelShare sites and SharePoint intranet site to include structure, organization, format, and content.
You will assist new personnel with indoctrination and integration into command, establishment of necessary accounts, accesses, and government purchase/travel cards.
You will participate in the development of strategic long-range planning for the office; analyze plans to determine the impact on administrative processes and the feasibility of modifications to accomplish mission requirements.
Requirements

- This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require a two-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Providing organizational support through researching, analyzing and gathering background information or data from diverse sources to provide solutions to administrative operational problems.
Preparing briefings and status reports to keep all office members up to date and current on all administrative and operational activities within the organization/agency.
Planning and executing travel requirements, including orders, itineraries, lodging and vouchers.
Ensuring compliance with federal records management regulations, policies, practices, and rules regarding records maintenance/destruction/inventory.
Using information technology systems, including Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel, SharePoint, etc.), to assign, track, and record completion of requirements and tasking.
