You will serve as an Administrative Support Assistant in the NAVAL JUSTICE SCHOOL.
Duties
You will maintain historical data on all courses taught by Naval Justice School (NJS).
You will review and update NJS course catalog to ensure all information for course training are accurate.
You will oversee drafts, and manage administrative correspondence for the department.
You will manage the records disposal program within the guidelines of Navy Records Disposal Manual.
Requirements

Qualifications
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing administrative support with knowledge and understanding of clerical and administrative procedures used within military organizations. Specialized experience include the following: 1) Executing administrative support functions for the Naval Justices School (NJS) Registrar to coordinate, track, and administratively support the Navy JAG Corp's training programs; 2) Reviewing and updating NJS course catalog to ensure all information on course training are accurate; 3) Maintaining inventory, purchase requests and minimum stock levels for all administrative supplies; 4) Preparing training classroom for setup, daily maintenance and clean-up.
