This position is part of the Computational Research & Partnerships Division (RD), Advanced Scientific Computing Research (ASCR), Office of Science, Department of Energy. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting programmatic activities, providing administrative support, and working in management and administrative groups.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
GS12: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, GS-11 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting all of the following:
Aiding in administrative work flow by tracking progress and posting reports and designing shared documents in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and/or Teams;
Communicating effectively with colleagues who are in person or remote both within an office and in other agency work groups;
Using comparable proposal and grant systems to the Portfolio Analysis and Management System (PAMS), and the Field Work Proposal (FWP) portal.

Communicating effectively with colleagues who are in person or remote both within an office and in other agency work groups;
Using comparable proposal and grant systems to the Portfolio Analysis and Management System (PAMS), and the Field Work Proposal (FWP) portal;
Supporting coordination of advisory and review committee work and of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and/or Government Accountability Office (GAO) responses;
Working with program managers on business processes for reviewing and handling research proposals.
