This position is located in the Resources Management Group, Resource Support Team and serves as the working team lead.
Duties
The team lead facilitates the teams' processes by working collaboratively with them to ensure that they complete their tasks effectively and efficiently, by maintaining good working relationships, and by coordinating with the team manager and others on goals, priorities, team needs, and achievements. Is a recognized subject matter expert in a specialized area and provides leadership for highly complex and challenging activities under the minimal direction of a manager or executive. Occasional local and TDY travel Is required.

- Security Requirement: Moderate Risk (5). This position requires completion and favorable adjudication of a background investigation prior to appointment.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I, FG/GS-13 level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
