As the Training Administrator, you will direct, oversee, and manage all aspects of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) Examiner Education Program to ensure timely and effective development and delivery of cost-efficient, state-of-the art, interagency training programs that support the experienced examiners and other professional staff of all FFIEC member entities.

Duties
As the Training Administrator, you will:
Oversee the development of the examiner education budget request overall strategic management of financial, physical and human capital resources; and monitor expenditures and budget performance.
Provide strategic and operational guidance and create and implement a learning and development plan to maintain and enhance high-quality examiner education opportunities consistent with the FFIEC's mission and goals.
Collaborate with interagency senior executives and managers training contacts and other leaders in the training community in which the FFIEC examiner education office.
Oversee and adjust workload distribution as needed and provide training and guidance to new senior program administrators or other staff in examiner education.
Direct and oversee the work of all FFIEC examiner education office staff and supervise the Supervisory Training Specialist and all senior program administrators.
Serve as the principal spokesperson for FFIEC examiner education in both internal and external forums.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-VI band level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
Experience assessing and evaluating learning and development programs and leading curriculum development efforts (quality and timeliness of program and course curricula); and
Experience overseeing the design, development, and consistency across programs and courses, including content; and
Supervising a subordinate staff.
The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
