Duties
Supporting managers and other stakeholders in identifying, attracting, hiring, and retaining a high-quality and diverse workforce that is capable of accomplishing the organization's mission.
Collaborating and consulting with program areas to understand their organizational/staffing needs and develop workforce management strategies to meet future organizational demands.
Analyzing personnel or other data to inform the organizations mission and goals.
Creating strategies, research methodologies, theories, and program/project plans to facilitate the assessment of the Enterprise workforce to ready them for future workforce needs.

Specialized Experience: For the GS-07, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-05 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Assists with developing reports using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; assists with analyzing data such as qualitative and quantitative to create reports and to help make data driven decisions; AND assists with collaborating/consulting with program areas.

Substitute of Education: 1 full year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement
OR
Combination of education and experience.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-09, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-07 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Assists with developing and presenting reports using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; analyzing data such as qualitative and quantitative to create reports and to help make data driven decisions; and collaborating/consulting with program areas.

Substitute of Education: A master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related
OR
A combination of education and experience.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-11, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Developing and presenting reports using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
