You will serve as a ACQUISITION PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the ACQUISITION/PROCUREMENT DIVISION of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Duties
You will apply knowledge of contracting to the development of procurement package for a variety of supplies and services in supporting the mission of Fleet Readiness Centers.
You will write clear and concise procurement documents and correspondence appropriate for the intended audience.
You will use superior oral communication skills to interact with customers, co-workers and leadership in the procurement development process, in contract administration duties and for general problem solving.
You will apply analytical techniques and problem-solving skills in both independent and collaborative roles.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Adapting procurement and contract procedures and or recommending solutions to specific problems involving different and unrelated procurement and contract situations. 2) Utilizing a variety of acquisition, procurement, and contract principles, methods, practices, and techniques using judgment in interpreting and applying laws, policies, rules, regulations, to maintain compliance; 3) Preparing graphs and charts depicting financial information and presenting data utilizing computer software programs to representing trend and defend facts. 4) Providing consistent, quality customer service to ensure successful project execution and ultimate customer satisfaction with delivered products and services.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: : 1) Preparing acquisition documents, analysis, formulations, presentations and execution of contracts assigned to the Industrial/Acquisition and Procurement Division to justify contractual cost and negotiation decisions. 2) Analyze, evaluate and recommend particular courses of actions for any deficiency to improve processes and procedures continuously achieving program goals. 3) Reviewing and preparing monthly requirements for obligation and payment purposes insuring that under and over obligation does not occur. 4) Maintaining compliance utilizing a variety of acquisition, procurement, and contract principles, methods, practices, and techniques using judgment in interpreting and applying laws, policies, rules, regulations.
