Duties

Provide instructions on cooking and safety in the kitchen. Ensure areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitized. Cooking and prep food for catering events. Setting up and scheduling parties and special events. Schedule employees as needed for parties and events. Help clean all areas of the facility.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• A food handler?s certificate is required. Work requires the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Successful completion of either front of the House or Back of the House Franchisor specified training.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as scheduled.

Qualifications

Best Qualifications: 1. At least six months experience conducting inventories. 2. At least six months experience placing and or receiving food and beverage orders. 3. At least six months experience issuing and receiving funds/payments (money handling). 4. Knowledge in bar operations and/or preparing simple drinks.
