Duties

Must be able to meet with customers and plan events both large and small and properly provide a catering contract for review. Must be able to meet with customers and plan events both large and small and properly provide a catering contract for review. Must be able to schedule staff accordingly to ensure all catered events are executed properly. Must be able to serve as duty manager in the absence of the facility manager. Must ensure that kitchen staff are informed of all catered events and ensure proper inventory of food and beverage items are on in inventory.

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

Possess prior customer service experience. Best Qualifications: 1. Must have experience using catering software such as Caterease 2. Must have experience using food inventory software such as Foodtrac 3. Must have experience planning and organizing small and large catered events 4. Must have experience overseeing catered events from beginning to end
