This position will be located in the Division of Resolutions and Receiverships, in either the Dallas, TX Field Office, or HQ's office in Washington, DC of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and provides technical and administrative analytical support for various activities related to administrative operations and personnel management

Duties
Performs analytical studies for the purpose of providing solutions to personnel/administrative problems or operating programs’ initiatives within DRR. Performs research through internal sources and external sources Leads initiatives to enhance interdivisional communication and streamline the flow of information.
Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least grade level 12 or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience providing leadership advice and guidance for administrative management programs, including at least three of the following areas: 1) personnel management, (2) position/organizational management, (3) interpreting and implementing training policies, (4) space and facilities management, or (5) analytical problem solving and reporting at the corporate or division level.
