Duties
You will serve as the Digital Platform and C4I Arsenal APM in support of the PMW 790 Shore and Expeditionary program office within PEO C4I.
You will be responsible for the oversight of requirements definition, research and development, integration, testing, training, production, installation, contracting, budget planning and execution of assigned programs.
You will provide assistance to the PAPM and PM in preparing briefs to Congressional Staffers, Chief of Naval Operations, Type Commanders, Operational and Joint Test Commands, other System Commands, other stakeholders.
You will prepare program budget estimates, develop work breakdown structures, build program schedules, manage risks, perform contract planning and coordinate post-award activities.
You will manage all phases of program acquisition life cycle to include definition, development, design, integration, test and evaluation, acquisition and contracts strategies, contract management, cost estimation, sustainment, and disposal.
You will plan, evaluate and continually monitor program execution to understand, analyze, execute and communicate acceptable solutions to overcome challenges and mitigate cost, schedule and performance risks.
You will comply with Department of Defense and Department of the Navy 5000 Series directives, PEO policy and other relevant guidance.
You will incorporate industry and government best practices to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness.
You will exhibit knowledge and familiarity with software fielding and possess the aptitude and ability to master the DevSecOps process, software factories/pipelines and implementation of software into Cloud environments.
You will be responsible for performing contract planning and coordination of post-award activities. You will be responsible for managing cost, schedule and performance of assigned program.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band DP-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
