Duties
You will coordinate with PEO C4I PMWs, NAVESEA, and OPNAV, the Programs Objective Memorandum, and all budget drills to ensure coordination of new ship requirements with PMWs POM process to ensure new ships are added to systems' TIO.
You will apply risk management principles and use earned value management tools and techniques to manage cost, schedule and performance for assigned program(s).
You will effectively lead, integrate and coordinate disparate functional groups and develop a cohesive team capable of successfully handling complex problems encountered, plan, evaluate and continually monitor program execution to understand.
You will communicate program information across the PEO and other relevant organizations to facilitate leveraging opportunities, and assess near and far term requirements and technology advances in relation to PMW goals and objectives.
You will coordinate industry and Department of Defense activities, Assistant Secretary of the Navy organizations, OPNAV, Program Executive Offices, Program Management Offices, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, NAVWAR Information Centers, etc
You will serve as the PMW 750/760 Technical Director assigned to the PMW 760 Ship Integration program office within PEO C4I
You will demonstrate expertise with systems of systems (SoS) engineering with a strong understanding of program management, system analysis, hardware/software engineering, systems engineering and how these principles affect naval warfare
You will possess an understanding of systems engineering and a level of knowledge of network engineering, communications engineering, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps environments
You will be knowledgeable in using Cloud services and software containerization technologies.
You will work with the inter-service and interagency SandT communities, and will be responsible for identifying viable Research and Development technologies and transferring them into programs of record
Requirements

- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET-SCI security clearance.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience and epertise with systems of systems (SoS) engineering with a solid understanding of program management, system analysis, hardware and software engineering, systems engineering and how these principles affect naval warfare. Understanding of systems engineering and a level of knowledge of network engineering, communications engineering, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps environments; knowledgeable in using Cloud services and software containerization technologies. Experience working with the inter-service and interagency S&T communities, and identifying viable Research & Development technologies and transferring them into programs of record.
