About the Position:This position is with US Army National Guard Bureau Chief of Staff, Financial Management, Arlington, VA. About the Surrounding Area: Situated in Northern Virginia on the south bank of the Potomac River directly across from Washington D.C. Arlington is headquarters to many departments and agencies of the federal government, including the Department of Defense and is the location of many national memorials and museums.

Duties

Provide customer support for all cardholders of the ARNG HQ Directorate. Coordinate and ensure implementation of all requirements that affect the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) program. Review transaction activity reports to ensure cardholders are complying with approved use of GTCC. Prepare weekly GTCC Delinquency Report for distribution to the ARNG COS Resource Management Branch for ARNG Chief of Staff (COS). Assist new cardholders with completing paperwork and securing approvals necessary to obtain initial GTCC. Support requirements of ARNG HQ?s Internal Control Program relative to the travel card program.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Customer Service (Clerical/Technical)Quality ManagementReporting Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
