Duties
You will serve as the PROGRAM ANALYST in the Programs and Requirements Division (N8), Commander, Naval Information Forces Headquarters located in Suffolk, VA.
You will serve as an Information Warfare Improvement Program (IWIP) team member within the N82 Requirements directorate.
You will apply a wide range of knowledge of the requirements management process and methodology as it pertains to IWIP execution and Integrated Prioritized Capability Listing (IPCL) development in support of USFF's Warfare Improvement Program.
You will utilize the power and capability of computer technology and software applications that support a wide range of requirements related to operations.
You will align IW readiness efforts with multiple Navy stakeholders to ensure synchronization and integrity of methodologies and approaches within Navy?s requirements and production.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Top Secret/SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Integrating a comprehensive knowledge of IW Readiness management operations across the IW community and applicable doctrine.
Developing improved metrics and data collection techniques to build and prioritize strategic goals to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory procedures.
Utilizing knowledge of Military Decision Making Processes, Joint and Navy Doctrine, the Afloat IW Construct and the System Commands and Type Commands organization and processes.
Managing and coordinating multiple and diverse actions and efforts of government civilian, contractor and military personnel by providing operational guidance, direction and oversight throughout the requirements management process.
