The Office of International Affairs (OIA) returns fugitives to face justice, transfers sentenced persons to serve their sentences in their home countries, and obtains essential evidence for criminal investigations and prosecutions worldwide by working with domestic partners and foreign counterparts to facilitate the cooperation necessary to enforce the law, advance public safety, and achieve justice.
Duties
As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will:
Supervise, manage, and lead a team of Management Analysts who provide OIA's primary analytical and management support capabilities;
Manage, maintain, and enhance, where possible, OIA's enterprise information system interfaces with its employees, customers, and partners;
Lead system and software implementation within the Section to include development, end-user testing, identification of training topics, and planning of training sessions for users on systems and software for OIA's workflow tracking system;
Supervise projects and develop reports that identify, collect, monitor, analyze, and report performance and workload metrics associated with the Office;
Analyze shifting trends in workloads and recommend resource reallocations to Office senior leadership; and
Coordinate and collaborate with Office, Division, and Department leadership, as well as various technical experts, to develop information technology and other technological requirements associated with the Office.

Qualifications
To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at, or equivalent to, the GS-13 federal grade level. This experience must include duties such as: conducting reviews and analyses of current and proposed workflow processes; leveraging technology to maximize automation, efficiency, and effectiveness; and analyzing shifting trends in workloads and recommending resource reallocations to leadership.
Time-in-Grade: Federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements for consideration by the closing date of this announcement.
