The Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (Applications Development Manager) is responsible for identifying opportunities, initiating engagements, participating in planning, analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing software applications, primarily in the areas of custom system development, business intelligence, and systems integration and interfacing.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related field plus six (6) years of experience in information systems and technology, utilizing variety of software development technologies and frameworks, including at least three (3) years leadership/supervisory experience of technical staff. Please note that authorization for the release of your adult criminal record revealing any convictions and forfeitures, and any criminal cases currently pending before the courts is required.  If you are selected for the position, a criminal history records check will be conducted.
