Duties

Assists Executive Chef in day-to-day planning and management of all phases of food preparation in a hotel, club or restaurant where formal dining and catering are a regular and substantial basis of the total food operation.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Medical Examination is required.
• Must be willing to accept a varying or rotating shift to include nights, weekends and holidays (this business operates from Tuesday to Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm and Saturday, 3:00pm-12:30am).
• Ability to obtain (within first 6 months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required (ex: ServSafe Food Protection Manager Cert).

Qualifications

Education, experience or a combination of both which includes planning and managing all phases of a hotel, club or restaurant food program. The experience and education/certification must be reflected on your resume and supporting documentation such as transcripts, degrees, diplomas, certifications, etc. must be uploaded at the time of application to be considered eligible for this position.
