Duties
Assists Executive Chef in day-to-day planning and management of all phases of food preparation in a hotel, club or restaurant where formal dining and catering are a regular and substantial basis of the total food operation.
Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Medical Examination is required.
- Must be willing to accept a varying or rotating shift to include nights, weekends and holidays (this business operates from Tuesday to Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm and Saturday, 3:00pm-12:30am).
- Ability to obtain (within first 6 months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required (ex: ServSafe Food Protection Manager Cert).
Qualifications
Education, experience or a combination of both which includes planning and managing all phases of a hotel, club or restaurant food program.
