Duties
The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the primary point of contact to the 91 Cyberspace OperationSquadron commander/director for all administrative support programs to include but not limited to task management,cybersecurity liaison (CL), Government Travel Card (GTC) program, Defense Travel System (DTS) administrator,drug demand reduction program, health care program, fitness program, Government Purchase Card (GPC) program,safety program, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts, security program, supply program,civilian timecard program and unit recognition program.
DUTY 1 - Directly assists the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions
DUTY 2 - Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs.
DUTY 3 - Serves as the organizational point of contact and liaison with the personnel flight on military and civilianpersonnel issues
DUTY 4 - Assists in planning, administering, and monitoring manpower resource requirements
DUTY 5 - Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization
Requirements

- All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period.
- Position is designated special-sensitive and incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.

- Must be registered for Selective Service, see Legal and Regulatory Guide
- This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing.
- Employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, to include evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Work may occasionally require travel away from normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft.

This is a GG-07 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-07 duties for the "Technician/Administrative Support" work category are at the "Entry/Developmental" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-07 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.
Specialized Experience: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include: Knowledge of a body of standardized rules, procedures, or operations requiring considerable training and experienceto perform the full range of standard clerical and non-clerical assignments and resolve recurring problems; and theskill, acquired through considerable training and experience, to operate and adjust varied equipment for purposessuch as performing numerous standardized tests or operations NOTE: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of the organizational and functional responsibilities and operations of an organization.
2. Knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations andproduce a variety of documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs.
3. Knowledge of security practices for ensuring the safeguarding of classified information in a complex securityenvironment.
4. Knowledge of structure, programs and work methods of organization for personnel/manning issues.
5. Skill in fact-finding, problem analysis, problem resolutions, and development of concrete action plans to solveproblems.
6. Ability to gather, analyze and present facts, communicate effectively, using tact and courtesy and posses theability to plan, organize work, and meet deadlines and ability to plan and organize management programs andfunctions of an organization.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
