Duties

Assigns, directs, and evaluates the work of subordinate employees and holds them accountable for performance of assigned work. Prepares contracts for private functions, using established costs. Prepares all related invitation orders, party work sheet and contracts. Coordinates with club manager, food service staff and patrons.

Requirements

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Be generally available to work irregular hours, evenings and/or weekends.
• Successful completion of training requirements within the prescribed time frame and demonstrated on the job competence is required.

Qualifications

Work experience, education, and/or specialized training directly related to the duties to be performed. Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
