About the Position: Serves as an Inventory Management Specialist (Procurement) in Army Materiel Command (AMC). AMC delivers logistics, sustainment, and materiel readiness from the installation to the forward tactical edge to ensure globally dominant land force capabilities.

Duties

The employee develops the use of a broad range of supply program relationships to support readiness by ensuring the timely development and initiation of procurement actions. Develops expertise in procurement coordination and supplier performance management. Coordinates development of requirements packages and acquisition strategies.

And 3) Performing full range of inventory management functions to include maintaining of auditable records; or Successfully completed a Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as inventory management .
