About the Position: This position is located with the Directorate of Industrial Operations at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, Pa.

Duties

Identify component failure on a variety of complex integrated circuitry. Analyze data from a variety of electrical test equipment. Recommend solutions to repair electrical units. Operate hand/power tools to repair electrical units. Verify correct trouble shooting methods are used on electrical equipment. Advise others on changes to equipment operation specifications.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be willing to accept a temporary position.
• Pre-employment and annual physicals required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be willing to travel (TDY) up to 15% of the time.
• Must be able to obtain a Soldering Certificate within 3 months of employment.
