Duties
You will review all acquisition documentation and make recommendations to the Program Manager (PM) on best acquisition structures and strategies for programs and projects.
You will manage the acquistion related processes in the Program Management Office (PMW) to achieve the PMs goals as promulgated by PEO C4I.
You will assist in the development and the establishment of new processes when necessary to support new goals.
You will manage a team of government and contractor personnel, personnel of higher rank or grade, have increased fiscal responsibility-based of level of programs managed.
You will serve as the Acquisition Manger in support of the PMW 790 Shore and Expeditionary Integration program office within PEO C4I.
You will be responsible for the oversight of requirements definition and execution of various programs that provide and sustain Tactical Shore, Expeditionary, and Integration capabilities and services for the Warfighter.
You will be responsible for providing oversight on all PMW 790 acquisition related documentation, issues and actions.
You will liaison with the PEO C4I Acquisition Management Office (AMO) to ensure that all PMW programs are structured in accordance with the latest acquisition guidance, and all PMW funded efforts are properly categorized.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position requires a Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the pay band, including higher responsibility positions.
- Based on the responsibilities of this position (Tier 3), the total adjusted salary may be capped equivalent to GS 15 Step 06 (currently $180,990
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with the oversight of requirements definition, research and development, integration, testing, training, production, installation, contracting, and budget planning and execution of various programs that provide and sustain Tactical Shore, Expeditionary, and Integration capabilities and services for the Warfighter
