DCSA's Chief Strategy Office - Enterprise Policy Program Office (EPPO) is seeking a Management & Program Analyst. In this role you will set standards to measure the effectiveness of the enterprise policy program, monitors enterprise controls for administrative management of DCSA policy issuances within the agency, including development and maintenance of EPPO internal procedures and synchronizing communication with stakeholders internal and external to DCSA.

Qualifications
Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-13 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes:
Comprehensive knowledge of an agency mission and staff functions and general intelligence and security applications to support the development of comprehensive, synchronized, and integrated security policies and systems.
Experience in applying critical thinking and knowledge in researching, analysis, and interpretation of the application of DoD policy standards.
Experience in developing policy solution that he efficiency and effectiveness of its business processes, program, or function.
Skill in preparing logically organized finished written products and correspondence relative to decisions, conclusions, recommendations, alternatives, and rationales driven from sound analysis.
Skill and knowledge related to oral and written communication as well as skill in applying this knowledge in preparing clear, concise Congressional replies, DCSA Regulations, briefings, fact sheets, memorandums, SOPs, messages, and reports; experience in business program design, establishment, and delivery.

Process Management -Develops and monitors processes and organizes resources to achieve desired results.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
